As per discussion with expert of RM_ Management & Humanity-English discipline, the Lectures dated 04/05/2025, 10/05/2025 & 11/05/2025, 25/05/2025, 14/06/2025 & 15/06/2025 will be conducted in Offline Mode and Venue will be Graduate School of Management Studies, GTU, Chandkheda.
Instructions:
1) Course Work Classes will be conducted through an Online Platform i.e. Microsoft Teams for which Login credentials will be provided to registered Email ID.
2) Attendance criteria per subject will be considered according to Ph.D. Regulation, 2024 uploaded on the website.
3) It is mandatory to attend sessions during the entire course work classes. Attendance Sheet will be downloaded 20-25 minutes prior to the completion of each session by Ph.D. Section
4) Consistent Internet connection is required to attend the sessions.
5) Course Work Classes may be conducted through offline mode at University Premise, if it is required.
6) Course Work Sessions for Research Methodology [PHD2401] will be conducted discipline-wise as follows: (1) All Engineering & Computer Science (2) Management & Humanity-English (3) Pharmacy & Biotechnology (4) Sciences [Chemistry, Mathematics & Physics].
7) Course Work Sessions for Research and Publication Ethics (PHD2402) will be conducted for all disciplines in one group.
8) 75% attendance criteria is required in both subjects (75% in RM Subject & 75 % in RPE Subject) for appearing in Course Work Exam
9) Respective groups for both the subjects [PHD2401 & PHD2402] will be created in Microsoft Teams.
10) In case of non-availability of an expert, the lecture may be postponed or rescheduled, that will be informed through email.
11) Scholars are advised to keep checking their Registered Email regularly for any updates regarding Course Work Classes.
Note: The above schedule also applies to non-eligible scholars of Batch 2023 & 2022 for Course Work.
